How Optimasi Works
With Implementation Partners

How do I connect, implement and operate Optimasi safely inside the ecommerce environments I already manage?

Optimasi works with developers, ecommerce specialists and implementation partners responsible for the technical environments behind client stores.

Your team implements and operates Optimasi.

Optimasi provides the product, connector framework, training and support.

Your team remains responsible for the client ecommerce environment.

We help you connect Optimasi, learn the system and complete the first implementation with us. Once your team is comfortable, you can implement and operate Optimasi directly across suitable client stores.

You keep the client relationship and continue maintaining the ecommerce platform.

Your Client Relationship Stays Yours

Optimasi works alongside your existing implementation relationship, not between you and your client.

You decide how Optimasi is introduced, how it fits into the implementation and how the service is presented to the client.

Your client remains your client.

Once your team is trained, you can use Optimasi directly as part of the work you already deliver.

Learn It. Run It.
Use It Across Clients.

Optimasi is designed to be straightforward for an experienced ecommerce practitioner to learn.

We begin with approximately 2–3 hours of practical training covering the system, catalogue workflow, review process and publishing controls.

Then we work alongside your team on the first 20–50 products.

Training → First products together → Guided review → Independent use

The objective is not to make your team dependent on Optimasi for every job. It is to give you enough practical experience to implement and operate the system confidently yourself.

Keep the Existing Platform

Optimasi connects to the ecommerce environment already in place.

Store → Platform API → Optimasi connector → Optimasi → Approved changes → Store

The connector maps the catalogue fields required for the work, including products, variants, attributes, categories, brands and other relevant data, then maps approved changes back to the platform.

No direct database access is required for the normal integration path, and the client does not need to move its catalogue into another ecommerce platform.

Our platform roadmap includes WooCommerce, OpenCart, Shopify, Prestashop, Magento and other widely used ecommerce platforms.

If your platform is not listed, talk to us about a custom connector.

Clear Technical Responsibilities

Your team continues to own the ecommerce platform, hosting, custom development and store-side infrastructure.

Optimasi is responsible for the Optimasi product and its connector.

Once your team is trained, you can operate the catalogue workflow directly for the client.

You maintain the store → You operate the Optimasi system → The system identifies issues and prepares improvements

If a read fails, a mapping breaks or a write-back is rejected, the issue can be traced through the integration path:

Store API → Connector → Optimasi → Approval → Write-back

Your team handles store-side issues. Optimasi supports connector and product-side issues.

Controlled Access.
Controlled Production.

Optimasi uses only the API permissions required for the agreed work.

If the first stage only requires catalogue reading, the connection can remain read-only. Write access is added when approved changes need to be returned to the store.

A typical implementation sequence is:

Connect → Read catalogue → Validate mappings → Test write-back → Enable production publishing

Your team can review proposed changes before they are written back to the live store and control how much work is published at once.

Human Review Remains Part of the Process

AI can assist with catalogue work, but the system is designed around review rather than blind publication.

Your team can inspect the proposed work, spot-check selected products, review changes in detail or approve larger batches once you are comfortable with the results.

Optimasi processes → Your team reviews → Your team approves → Changes go live

The same principle applies during onboarding: begin with a small number of products, understand the output and increase the batch size as confidence grows.

Built to Become Part
of Your Delivery Capability

The first implementation is supported by Optimasi.

We help your team learn the connector, validate the implementation and work through the first catalogue together.

The next implementation should require less help.

First implementation together → Learn the process → Reuse it across suitable clients

Over time, your team can use the same connector framework, review model and implementation process across suitable client stores without waiting for Optimasi to implement or operate each account for you.

Today — And Where We Are Going

Today, Optimasi provides the system for continuously identifying catalogue issues, preparing improvements, reviewing the work and publishing approved changes back to the existing ecommerce environment.

For implementation partners, the connector framework provides the integration path between Optimasi and the ecommerce platforms you maintain.

We are building toward continuously assessing and improving catalogues against the full Sales-Ready Standard, across a broader range of ecommerce platforms and catalogue structures.
